The Youth Outreach Program focuses on supporting Black Youths ages 12-25. The program also supports our young people living with HIV/AIDS and are part of the LGBTQ community. The Program takes a bottom-up approach in the services provided. In other words, the youths decide the services that are being provided to them. We do this because, we believe the youths are the experts and we are here to provide the resources and support they need

B.C.A.P works to create culturally relevant outreach, prevention and support services for people infected with, affected by, or at risk of contracting HIV.
