About Us

The BlackCAP Connected to Care web portal was created out of a need to provide African, Caribbean, and Black folks with more access to the culturally relevant resources and supports available in their own communities within the Greater Toronto Area. This is an ongoing project, and we continue to expand the list of services available in each area to be able to connect as many people as possible with the supports needed.
